He has a wealth of hands-on experience in the fire, security and electrical industry and works closely with our stakeholders to ensure their technical designs and demands are achieved.

Finance Director

Angie is a loyal, hardworking Director and has delivered over 25 years of dedicated service to Mayfair Fire & Security. She is responsible for the management of finance and administrative functions of the business.

Angie enjoys the challenge of growth and development. She engages and empowers colleagues to reach the desired outcomes and operational targets.

Simon Mackenzie

Communications Director

Simon’s extensive career has focused on security monitoring with diverse knowledge of control rooms, infrastructure, regulations and legislation.

Simon is always researching new technologies and control room developments to ensure the company and customers have market leading products and services.

Matthew Watson

Engineering Director

Mathew is a focused hands-on director with a strong record of leading the design and development of cost-effective engineering projects in the security industry.

He has a wealth of experience and works closely with our stakeholders to ensure their technical designs and demands are met. He leads by example to deliver consistent and proactive customer service so that there’s a positive outcome for the customer.

John Billany

Engineering Sales Manager

Having joined Mayfair Fire & Security eight years ago as an engineering manager, John has been promoted recently to Sales Engineering Manager. He provides design, pricing and account management support and shares his knowledge and experience with our customers. In his spare time, John enjoys running, playing golf, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Service Manager

A 24-Year Commitment at Mayfair Fire & Security

I am the Service Manager at Mayfair Fire & Security, part of Careline Security Ltd, and I’ve been here for 24 years. I started in 2001 as a trainee intruder alarm engineer, learning the ropes and building skills across fire alarms, CCTV, and more. Today, I oversee our engineering team, support our admin staff, and ensure our engineers have what they need to excel. With over two decades of experience, my focus is simple: delivering exceptional service that gives our customers peace of mind. After 30+ years protecting homes and businesses, I’m proud to be part of this legacy.

Brian Kendall

IT Manager

With over 22 years of experience in IT, Brian has developed extensive expertise across all aspects of IT management, from infrastructure to end-user support. Specialising in governance, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance, he ensures that Mayfair Fire & Security operates securely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.

In addition to his internal responsibilities, Brian also supports Mayfair’s clients, helping them deploy secure and effective IT solutions tailored to their unique needs. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge make him an invaluable asset in driving both operational and client success.

With over 40 years of experience in the fire & security industry, Dave brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.

As Head of Fire Systems, Dave’s focus is delivering and maintaining compliant fire alarm systems for our valued clients. His technical, design, sales background and always happy to help approach provides confidence with our customers and their fire alarm system compliance.

Rama brings his extensive technical knowledge and compliance experience to our business to ensure that all our practices are in line with regulatory, quality and recruitment procedures. He is excellent in liaising with different internal and external stakeholders and business partners to ensure that our operations meet the essential standard and enthusiastically strives to elevate the company to a next level.
